Pre-molded Lead Frame Packages or Air Cavity Packages
This is divided to Unit Form and Panel Form. For Unit Form, it can be PDIP, SOP, SOIC, QFN Punching and other Packages. For Panel Form, it can be QFN Sawing and other Packages. All the Pre-molded Lead Frame Packages or Air Cavity Packages using Thermoplastic material such as LCP, PPS, PPA and others with Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) > 275oC.
Precision Lid Cover
It is either in Unit Form and Panel Form using Thermoplastic material such as LCP, PPS, PPA and others with Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) > 275oC. This allowed our product withstand high temperature in the assembly process such as Adhesive Curing, Reflow and others. Special Surface Profile and Condition on the Precision Lid Cover can be achieved to promote the Adhesion Strength.
Pre-Insert Molding or Over Molding
This is is one of the products either Plastic Molding onto the Metal or Plastic Molding onto the Plastic. All the Pre-Insert Molding or Over Molding using various type of Thermoplastic Material and Metal.
Post-Insert Molding
This is our alternative product solution to Pre-Insert Molding or Over Molding products. This can be Metals placed on the Plastic Part or Plastic Parts placed on Plastic Part.

Our service is not restricted to the Pre-molded Lead Frame Package and Precision Plastic Products molding, we provide the Product Design and Development support to customer. As usual practise, we get basic input from customer such as Die Size, Wire Bonding Diagram or Package Outline.
